Travel guarantee

When you travel with a Resplus ticket, you are entitled to a number of fundamental rights in case any problems arise during your journey.

In case of traffic disruption/cancellation

• Refund for text messages
• Room and board (supplied as a first priority, if impossible to do so a reasonable compensation will be given- note not if the traveler declines from continuing his or her journey)
• Substituted transport (to weddings, funerals, etc)
• Refund in case of misinformation
• Refund in case of an 'unnecessary' journey (If your journey is so delayed that you reach your Resplus ticket destination in time for your return journey) 
• Partial refund of ticket price if the order, hygiene and equipment in a train is poor and it's the carriers responsibility.
• Partial refund of ticket price if Resplus Tågtider has advertised catering, and it is unavailable on sections of the journey that last more than 3 hours/if it is delayed more than 2 hours.
• Guaranteed connections (if the ticket contains connections there should be sufficient time to transfer between them).
• Arrival to destination-guarantee (guarantees that you will reach your destination within the same day)
• Contact the on board staff (or bus driver) if you must make use of the travel guarantee. You can also contact the company that sold you the journey for claims to be made after the journey.

There is no guaranteed duration for the entire journey, however the individual carriers 'journey duration guarantee' for each section of the journey can be used.
